Shipping Info
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
EU- Due to new GSPR laws I currently cannot afford to ship to the EU. I am currently looking into this and trying to find a work around. Please feel free to contact me regardless.
UK- If you're in the UK and would like to order please contact me. Include what you wish to order and I will work with you to make sure it can be delivered.
There's specific tax laws for the country that make it more difficult on my end. I've figured them out for the most part but cannot set up the website to properly account for this. Plushies and anything higher price is genrally not an issue. I just ask for patience while I figure it out and if there's any issues after the package is sent please contact me immediatly.
If you wish to use a proxy you may do so, but once it arrives at the address given I am no longer responsible if the plush gets lost.
Other countries
I am able to ship to any country the USPS is currently able to ship to!
Please note that we have no control over customs fees incurred by destination countries. We cannot account for these charges as they are different for each country.
We strongly recommend all buyers familiarize themselves with their region’s customs and import policies before purchase. Thank you.

SHIPPING TERMS OF SERVICE
- I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by USPS. If an issue occurs a claim must be filed with the purchased insurance. Please contact me if there are any problems. I will do my best to resolve the issue.
- In situations where the insurance does not cover the costs, I am not responsible for reimbursing the buyer in these situations. Please read the terms of service for your shipping method linked above.
- I am not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the buyer.
- Please double check your address before confirming during checkout.
- If you realize you have given me the wrong address please contact me immediatly!!
- If the item is shipped out before you tell me, I unfortunatly cannot do anything about this and will not send a replacement or offer a refund.
- This situation is not covered by insurance
- Customers in EU: No VAT will be charged upon checkout. You will need to pay it upon receipt, which also may incur an additional handling fee.
- I am not responsible for return shipping for any items sent back to me due to failure to pay these fees.

If you do not see your country on the list above and are unable to purchase please contact me. The list doesn't include the UK or EU countries as they have seperate warnings at the top. This is likely due to an error in the shipping profiles and I will work to fix it.
FAQ
What does MTO mean?
- MTO means Made to Order
- MTO opens a couple times a year and depends on my schedule! Join the newsletter if you want emails when it opens!
- I currently do not! It would be a very rare occurance should I open custom commissions.
- Check the Mimidex page!! All the ones I've made are there. It also includes some that are in progress but can still be ordered.
- Sizes! I have medium, large, XL, and Jumbo
- Button eyes vs embroidery eyes! The medium and large default to button eyes but can be changed to embroidered upon request. XL and Jumbo only have embroidered eyes.
- Color! I can do custom colors upon request!
- Colored eyes! I can also change the color of the eyes. Buttons are a bit limited on colors though.
- Small alterations! Please contact me ahead of time for this. As long as it's not to different from the original pattern it's fine.
Do you make anything other than Mimikyu?
- Yes! I make some Splatoon stuff and am working on branching out more.
- During October I show off a new Mimikyu each day!! I'll sell the plushies sometime after they are shown off. Either weekly, bi-weekly, or at the end on Nov 1st.
